A good strategy in finding the right fitness trainer would be to have a detailed interview with them. Also, when you are having the interview, make sure that the interview is going both ways. Many times fitness gyms have a pretty strict script that they stick to that is proven to work. Make sure that you are a fit with this trainer, make sure they understand your goals, your schedule, dietary restrictions and fitness level. Considering all these is vital in choosing a trainer that will help you lead you to your goal! If you don't feel comfortable with that trainer, don't be shy to tell them! They will refer you to another trainer that might be a better fit. Remember, those are your goals, not the trainers!
